Education: Undergraduate studies at NDSCS and NDSU (Microbiology), Veterinary Degree- Iowa State University

I am a North Dakota native from Wahpeton. After graduation from ISU, I worked in a small animal clinic in the Twin Cities for 3 years before moving back to the Fargo area. I share my home with a husband, two sons and two little dogs- Sonny, a mixed breed, and Bear, a Pomeranian. When I am not at work, I enjoy hiking, gardening, reading and puzzles.

Becoming a veterinarian was always my dream job (there was no back up plan).  I consider myself fortunate to be able to care for my patients and clients to the best of my ability. They truly bring me joy on a daily basis.

Fun fact: “I love plants! Currently, I have over 40 plants in my house.”
